Meet Julie

Julie Pepper has more than 15 years of project management experience in a variety of settings, from digital marketing agencies to business consultancies. She brings both a strategic focus and a meticulous attention to detail and diligence to her project management craft.

As Factor’s Senior Project Manager, Julie oversees all project management activities at Factor and enforces our high standards of quality.

Julie has ensured successful delivery on a wide diversity of projects for high-impact brands such as Adobe, Intel, Dignity Health, HTC, Funko, Upwork, Amazon, Microsoft, Safeco/Liberty Mutual, AT&T, T-Mobile, and many others.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Anthropology and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington.
