Meet Gwen

Gwen Hall is a strategic and results-driven leader with a focus on helping organizations grow and transform to reach their full potential. She accomplishes this through her passion for people and consulting experience leading technology and business transformation initiatives globally across multiple industries. Most recently within Life Science, her client portfolio focused on delivering lifesaving therapies to patients by enabling product and global growth, regulatory readiness and commercialization.

Prior to her role as Factor’s Chief Executive Officer, Gwen was a Customer Executive at an award-winning consulting firm. During her twenty-year tenure she was recognized as a fearless entrepreneurial professional who repeatedly sought to test, learn and implement new ideas. Resulting in trusted executive-level client relationships, high performing teams and growth through industry and solution diversification.

Gwen’s entrepreneurial spirit extends into her personal life as a co-owner of a Home Services company and a Sniffspott host enabling dogs and their owners to have a safe place to roam.
