Information Architect & Taxonomist
Kylie finds joy in creating information structures that help users in their day-to-day life. She specializes in metadata design, taxonomy development, and information architecture. She always strives to understand what users need most.
While studying German and Russian at Washington University in Saint Louis, Kylie became interested in the diverse ways people engage with language. That, along with her love of puzzles, led to her interest in information architecture.
Her many years playing video games led to her interest in creating meaningful, enjoyable digital experiences. She discovered her passion for helping enterprises improve their information ecosystems after hearing video game companies discuss their struggles with internal organization and communication during research with the University of Washington GAME Research Group while getting her Masters of Library and Information Science.
