Charlene holds a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Washington. Her studies focused on information management, governance, data democratization, and quality assurance of digital resources.
Charlene is studious and diligent in her IA practice. She brings an academic perspective to Factor, and is currently working with Factor’s Taxonomy team on a variety of complex client information problems.
Charlene is a food lover and specifically enjoys discovering new teas and desserts.
