Information Architect and User Researcher
Dana Bublitz is fascinated by how people conceptualize and talk about the world around them. Her professional work has encompassed information architecture, content and UX strategy, and frontend development. Before joining Factor, Dana created detailed legal taxonomies that now organize over 11 million pieces of user generated content for Avvo, developed robust strategies for content development based on user research and analytics, and has also designed and developed a mobile app for Rick Steves’ Europe.
She has worked within higher education, tech, and small businesses to help organizations connect and communicate with their audiences through digital channels. Dana received her Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Washington.
In her spare time, Dana is an avid photographer.
